
The families of seven personnel of NSCDC that were killed by Bandits in Kaduna State have been offered employment of the Corps (NSCDC).
The seven officers were killed during an ambush by bandits at a mining site at Kuriga village in Birnin Gwari local government area of kaduna state on January 10th, 2023.
Speaking with the spouses and relatives of the slain personnel in Kaduna, the Commandant General of NSCDC, Ahmed Audi described their death as a colossal loss to the Corps, their families and the country in general.
The NSCDC boss also presented Cheques to the families of the victims as well as announcing the immediate employment of spouses or relatives of the seven victims into the Corps, as a mark of compensation for the families.
The CG assured Nigerians that the setback will not deter the Corps from discharging its mandate of maintaining peace and security in communities across the country even as he charged officers and men of the Corps to redouble their efforts in their assigned missions.
