There is tight Security within and around the premises of the Ondo State House of assembly as the assembly prepares for a valedictory plenary to wind down the 9th assembly.
The speaker, Mr Bamidele Oleyelogun while reacting to the presence of security operatives said there was nothing to fear describing it as normal security procedure towards the inauguration of the 10th assembly.
Mr Oleyelogun while answering questions from newsmen also denied rumours that he resigned his position.
The speaker said the purported resignation letter in circulation was the handiwork of fifth Columnists and urged the general public to disregard it.
He called on security operatives to investigate the origin of the letter and prosecute the culprits.
