
Platoon 10 has emerged the winner in the soon ending 2023 Batch “B” Stream II Orientation Course Interplatoon Drills competition, leaving Platoon 6, the winner from the rear, to ferry home a wooden spatula.
The Interplatoon Drills competition which topped a busy day at the NYSC Lagos camp, Iyana-Ipaja today, though a physical activity, renewed tired strengths as the Camp Community was treated to satisfactory arts and eye-catching exhibitions by corps members of the ten platoons on camp, the corps members of the Quarter-Guard, who exhibited the finest of silent drills and military instructors, who capped the activities with finesse and appropriate measures of drill uniformity and sharpness.

At the end of the superlative performances of the Platoons, the winning Platoon only pipped the nine other Platoons to the grand prize with the slimmest of margins. The winner, Platoon 10 came first, winning a sum of #30,000. Platoon 5 and Platoon 9 came second and third positions respectively winning sum of #20, 000 and #10,000 in that order.
