Some concerned residents of Ogedegbe Street off Cemetery Road Warri have appealed for the construction of gutters.
They made the appeal in a media chat with our correspondent in Warri at the weekend.
One of them, Victor Obakoro complained that the entrance of the street is always flooded with water whenever it rains.
Another respondent, Jonathan Idama made the same complain as he lamented that the ugly development has impeded both pedestrian and vehicular movements from that axis of Cemetery Road to the extent that commercial tricycle ( keke ) riders have avoided the road .
Madam Alice Ogifo spoke in the same vein as she noted the road is an important link to Iyara and McDermott roads.
All the respondents appealed to Governor Oborevwori to favourable consider their appeal.
