The Area Commander, Ogwashi-Uku Area Command, ACP Daniel Akpan has been described as an experienced Police Officer who has brought his wealth of knowledge to bear in the performance of his duties.
The Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) Ogwashi-Uku Area Command, Apostle Sunday Okiti made the remarks shortly after a meeting of the group at Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State.
He noted that peace had started returning to Ogwashi-Uku and its environs as a result of the effective performance of the Area Commander and his team.
Apostle Okiti said the divisions under Ogwashi-Uku Area Command were equally peaceful, describing ACP Akpan as a combatant police officer that performs his duties with the fear of God.
While saying that ACP Akpan answers distress calls anytime of the day, he added that the Area Commander is a humble man that performs his duties without fear or favour.
The Public Relations officer, PCRC, Ogwashi-Uku Area Command, Dr Ojii Israel who also spoke to newsmen, described ACP Akpan as a visionary leader, fine Police Officer with listening ears.
He said Ogwashi-Uku Area Command has recorded notable transformations under ACP Akpan’s watch.
