Dr. (Mrs) Mininim Oseji, the Head of Service of Delta State, attends the Nine Lessons and Carol organized by the Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS) Asaba on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Emmanuel the SaviourCatholic church asaba.
The event was well-attended by notable dignitaries, including the state Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, represented by the commissioner for culture and tourism, Mr. Darlington Ijeh; the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, who was also represented by Hon. Emeka Nwaobi, chairman, House Committee on Information.
Also in attendance was the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice Mr Emamuzo Erebe (SAN), who made history as the first civil servant to be appointed a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). Other notable Deltans were also present at the event.
