
Nasarawa State Police Command has banned all forms of protests in the state.
The Nasarawa Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel in a statement on Sunday said all planned protests under whatever guise in any part of the state would no longer be allowed.
”The decision was to prevent breakdown of law and order with the view to sustaining the existing peace being enjoyed in the state”, the statement reads.
It urged parents and guardians to monitor their children closely as anyone caught violating the order shall be arrested and prosecuted accordingly.
