He called all newly appointed public office holders to fulfill their campaign promises and strive to enhance the lives of the people.
The President emphasized the importance of Nigerians dedicating themselves to the welfare of the country and restoring its rightful position among other nations.
Reflecting on the struggles and sacrifices made by heroes to achieve democracy following the annulment of the June 12, 1993 elections, he called upon the citizens to protect the country’s democracy, which he regarded as the finest form of government globally.
