As schools resume for the 2024/2025 academic session on September 9th in Sapele and other parts of Delta State, the Chairman of Sapele Local Government Council, Hon. Bright Abeke, has sounded a clarion call to teachers to maintain discipline in their various schools.
Addressing newsmen in his office, Hon. Abeke stressed the importance of discipline in achieving academic excellence, noting that it is key to unlocking the full potential of students. He urged teachers to ensure their students are well-behaved and focused on their studies.
“The success of our students depends largely on the efforts of their teachers,” Hon. Abeke said. “I charge all teachers in Sapele LGA to devote themselves to imparting knowledge and maintaining discipline in their schools.”
