The Senior Political Adviser to the Governor of Delta State Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo says Governor Sheriff Oborevwori will never forget the Isoko Nation because the Isoko Nation has helped to raise the profile of Delta State to an enviable position.
Senator Aguariavwodo stated this recently when he visited the Isoko North and Isoko South Local Government Areas respectively in continuation of his tour and interactive session with political appointees and stalwarts of PDP in the 25 Council Areas.
The SPOLAD said that Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, the Governor of Delta State, believes strongly in Isoko people adding that votes from the Isoko Nation helped to propel him into government house in 2023.
Senator Aguariavwodo observed that most of the founding fathers of the party in the Isoko Nation are still in the party adding that the labour of the Isoko people will not be in vain but will be rewarded
The SPOLAD said that the M.O.R.E. agenda of Governor Oborevwori is the Isoko Agenda, stressing that they should hold, protect and guard the government and the PDP for it to keep providing good governance to the people.
“The Governor wants the people to be profitably engaged in productive activities that will enhance their socioeconomic life,” he concluded.
Senator Aguariavwodo advised the people to shun detractors and divisive people who have brought nothing but mismanagement, hardship and hunger in the land stressing that unity of purpose is what is giving the Isoko people benefits: “Whatever issue that exists in the party is in-house and will be resolved amicably,” he said.
