The Delta State Government has successfully resolved the long-standing leadership crisis in Emadadja Community, also in Udu Local Government Area.
Chief Uzor, during a joint meeting with community youth leaders at Unity Hall, announced the appointment of Mr. Okoro Emmanuel Osiobe as the Secretary General of Emadadja, following careful consideration of all submissions from the parties involved.
This comes after the government, in May 2025, declared Mr. Felix Ighogboja as the President General and Mr. Friday Tejiri Kpakojereho as the Youth Leader of the community.
Chief Uzor urged the newly recognized leaders to uphold the government’s decisions in good faith and to foster sustainable peace.
Responding, Mr. Osiobe expressed gratitude to the state government for its prompt and impartial intervention, assuring that the leadership would work tirelessly to maintain harmony in the community.
