Members of the Ndokwa Corporate Club have reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, to ensure sustained development across the state.
The assurance was given during the one-year birthday celebration of Baby Chimamanda Nwabueze, held at Ogwashi-Uku in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State.
Speaking on behalf of the club, its President, Comrade Sunday Ogwu, described Governor Oborevwori as one of the best leaders Delta State has ever produced. He noted that Deltans are already witnessing increased prosperity through the Governor’s Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda, adding that the Governor has demonstrated genuine commitment to the well-being and progress of the state.
The club urged Deltans to continue to support Governor Oborevwori, stressing that members of the Ndokwa Corporate Club would stand solidly behind him, even ahead of the 2027 general elections.
They also appealed to the Governor to consider members of the club in the various youth empowerment programmes of the state. Comrade Ogwu disclosed that the club is legally registered with the Delta State Government and that its members, in large numbers, are holders of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
According to him, the Ndokwa Corporate Club is committed to improving the lives of youths who identify with the organization and is actively involved in humanitarian services.
In his remarks, Mr. Emeka Nwabueze, father of the celebrant, expressed gratitude to God for the success of the event. He also appreciated members of the Ndokwa Corporate Club and other guests who graced the occasion.
Dignitaries present at the celebration included Sir White Opia, immediate past President of the club; Chief John Ogwu, founder of the club; Mr. Monday Ogwe, Vice President of the club; and several other members and well-wishers.
