
The Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal constituency in the National Assembly, Hon.Comrade Chinedu Ogah, OON has honoured thanksgiving and Bazaar service in different church denominations.
In his separate speeches, Hon. Ogah told the church that he visited to encourage and support the growth of the church in her evangelism.
He thanked all the church leaders and members for their total dedication and commitment to ensuring peaceful coexistence among the people in their respective communities, especially amid insecurity in the society.
Ogah also solicited the support of the church in the 2023 general election.
“I am here as a party man and I am preaching my party because all the resources I give the church and people are from politics”.
” All of you should stand up and get involved in politics to enable us to develop our place and build the church”
” I have never failed you since you elected us into the office and we have the best candidates in the All Progressives Congress party, from the Presidential candidate, Gubernatorial candidate to the House of Assembly”.
He, however, told the churches to shun politics of hatred, bitterness, and rancour and join hands together for progress and development.
In his usual way, the federal lawmaker supported the churches thanksgiving and bazaar with the total of three million Naira (3,000000).
The Churches visited are St. Theresa Catholic Church, Echialike, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Enyibichiri Alike, Ebenezer Anglican Church, Alike, Assumption Catholic Church Parish, and Abina Ikwo.
