
The Isoko Royal Lions Club, Zone 9B, Region 9, District 404A4 – Nigeria, clinched three out of four top awards at the 4th District Cabinet Meeting recently held in Asaba.
Receiving the awards on behalf of the club, the Charter President, Lion Mrs. Oweh Princess Oghale, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to fellow club members for their unwavering support, which she described as instrumental to the club’s achievement.
In her remarks, Lion Oweh also extended her gratitude to prominent Isoko figures, including the Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Onojaeme; Chairman of the Delta State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Paul Oweh; and the member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, Engr. Pastor Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko.
“These awards are a testament to the selfless efforts and dedication of these admirable leaders in Isoko land,” she said. “They have not only demonstrated a deep passion for humanitarian service but have also distinguished themselves through character and commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged.”
The trophies won by the club include the Outstanding Club Trophy, Outstanding Club Project Trophy, and Overall Best Club in the District Trophy.
