The Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State, Barr. Jaro Egbo, has intensified road rehabilitation efforts with ongoing repairs of failed sections at the busy Post Office Roundabout in Ughelli.
The repair which began on Sunday 25, 2026 is part of his administration’s renewed focus on reconstructing deteriorated road sections to ease movement and improve road safety.
The development is expected to bring relief to residents and commuters who have had to contend with bad road sections and the difficulties they pose to motorists.
Residents and commuters have expressed joy over the ongoing repairs, commending Egbo for giving attention to road infrastructure and also calling for the sustained rehabilitation of other failed sections across Ughelli north.
